Sinularia coral
I figured I would do a few updates on this coral. I have made posts in the past about it.
First thing, If you want one to release from a rock, DO NOT use a ice cube like the guy did I got this one from. It might live but it really did put some strain on it. I have found a simple CUT from a New razor blade right at the base will put less stress on it.
To re-attach it to a rock, do like I did, pinch it between 2 rocks. If it is Bigger like mine glue and a rubber band simply dont give it the support needed. And glue don’t stick very well to it, while a rubber band simply cuts threw it over time. so when working with Sinularia coral’s Think simple, even when you frag them, cut off a small branch and stick it in between a few rocks, let it self attach to one of them.
UPDATE: and yes they will live under a PC light, but they really Like T5 HO lights.
I did not see it grow much with the PC light , but the T5 ho, I have seen a growth within a week.
